If you live in the UK we use Royal Mail 2nd Class service. Unless you have selected our eco boxes or refill packs they are posted via Royal Mail 1st class. Eco packs are only sent in this way if your full order are eco purchases.
We will roast at the end of each week, but will also fulfil our orders as they come in, we aim to post out on a Monday, but also we are very flexible at Ffa Da and try to get our order out asap. If you want your coffee ground we usually try to leave 48 hours post roasting before we grind the coffee. If you urgently need something please feel free to email me and i’ll do my best to fulfil your requirements.
We are working with carriers and looking at providing you with an excellent price for next day delivery. This will be available via the checkout soon.
We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment must be returned unused in its original packaging to Ffa Da. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Non-faulty or unwanted goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence of having returned the item.
During checkout it is the shoppers responsibility to ensure you agree with the final amount before you complete the transaction. Once transaction is completed any refunds requested will be minus the transaction fee, this can take up to 10 days to complete the refund process.
Whilst we want our customers to be happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in anyway. This is subject to assessment by Ffa Da. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
